Several times we get issues of address being incomplete for mandatory details such as locality, pin-code, state, country code etc. This seem to happen even after repeatedly correcting them. They seem to default back to null values even after successfully saving them. You would go back all the way into submitting all the submission screens, and at the end you again get the same error. This is quite frustrating. You can address this issue as below: Update the address in the Profile itself although logically this shouldn’t be necessary. Tax Payer should be able different permanent address for profile and another perhaps temporary one for the return for the assessment year. Use Chrome as your browser! Maybe Internet Explorer also will work too. Unfortunately I see the issue not resolving when I used Opera, DuckDuckGo, Safari etc., in the past.
